Women can be raising their risk of a cancerous breast
condition without knowing it. British official at
the Department of Health said that women who drink
more than fourteen units of alcohol a week (a unit
is 10 ml or approximately one ounce) raise their
risk of developing breast cancer by 50 percent.
A single glass of wine can contain 3.5 units.
"Women who regularly drink too much are 50 percent
more likely to develop breast cancer," said British
Public Health Minister Dawn Primarolo. "And many
drink too much simply because they have no idea
how many alcohol units they are consuming."
Of special concern are professional women whose
acidic alcohol consumption "has gone under the
radar," according to Primarolo. "It's fair to say
that most women don't know how much they're
drinking."
Larger glass sizes may put a single glass of
acidic wine over a woman's daily amount.
According to Dr. Robert O. Young, a research
scientist at the pH Miracle Living Center, states,
"drinking wine is highly acidic and compromises
the delicate alkaline pH balance of the body. If
the acids from the wine, in the form of alcohol are
not eliminated through urination or perspiration,
the alcohol will be deposited in the fatty tissues,
i.e., the brain and the breast tissue. The acid
alcohol will then ferment the breasts and brain
leading to a cancerous brain and/or breasts. The
best advise I can give women and men (the acid alcohol
in wine may cause prostate cancer) to prevent any
cancerous condition in the body is to STOP drinking
wine or for that matteer any alcoholic berverage!"
"If you decide to drink alcoholic beverages then the
best thing to do after you drink to buffer the acidic
effects of the alcohol is to drink a glass
of montmorillonite clay," states Dr. Young.
