Curing the Incurables - Osteonecrosis

NOT YET   (reason given below)   There are too many people out there suffering from osteonecrosis with much more pain and and suffering than I've been through.  I wouldn't want to give anyone false hope in case this experiment with Dr. Robert O. Young's pH Miracle pHour salts doesn't continue to produce good results.  There are thousands of pending  law suits against Merc pharmaceuticals due to taking fosamax and similar drugs & later developing osteonecrosis.

 

I was diagnosed at stage one going to stage 2 a month ago.  Again, he needs to read the "position Paper"   from the AAOMS since there a many differing descriptions of the stages form several research abstracts. There are not many oral sugeons who have expericnce treating this but the AAOMS has taken a stand on the stages & treatment and admits they don't know why this happens or how to make it stop.

 

I spent days on the web reading everything available and ended up driving over an hour to Duke University to the only oral surgeon near Greensboro, familiar with osteonecrosis. Dr. Powers was noted to have referred many cases for a research project there at Duke University for the hyperbaric oxygen therapy to stimulate tissue regrowth. This study was small with about 50 patients, but was also very successful.   Not sure if it's been published yet,  since it was just completed about a month ago.  This is why I think Dr. Powers said that my beginning tissue regrowth was "interesting"  I see him again in 3 months , Nov. 18.

 

 Thus far, we , (being me and the pH Miracle pHour salts) have established two small steps forward.

1)  "We" have established that the pH Miracle pHour salts can be used with peridex  to prevent black tongue and teeth staining.  Up to now, peridex is the only treatment put forth for stage 1 & 2.

2)  And, "We" have established that the pH Miracle pHour salts can get rid of infected skin tissue  without use of antibiotics, which are usually given for this.  So this is all good news, BUT the really big stuff comes with the potential of tissue regrowth.  Won't know more on this till Nov.  So before we all start waving flags and blowing horns, I prefer to wait and see.  Steps 1 & 2 are good, but I'm hoping that the best is still to come!  Lets see what happens in Nov.
