ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO AN END

The formal relationship between Dr. Robert O. Young, Shelley Redford Young, The pH Miracle ® group of companies and Innerlight Corporation came to an end on January 2^nd of this year. We have continued to work with and support Innerlight and the Innerlight distributors on a month-to-month basis ever since January 2nd but that now comes to an end officially.

Today we announce that all relationship(s) of any kind, between Dr. Robert O. Young, Shelley Redford Young, and any of the pH Miracle ® group of companies, are completely ended, and we have no further involvement with Innerlight, Inc. and/or Innerlight Worldwide of any kind.

In 1988, Dr. Robert O. Young and Shelley Redford Young formed Innerlight Corporation, and formulated a number of nutritional health products for that entity, which they later sold, indirectly to the current ownership. Many of these early Innerlight products continue to be sold by Innerlight, and their distributors, and may be noted as created by, or formulated by, Dr. Robert O. Young.

Dr. Young, however, has no input or control over the current production or formulation of these products and cannot vouch for their current efficacy, although these products may continue to be marketed as created BY, and/or, formulated by Dr. Robert O. Young. Purchasers of such products should do their own investigation and determination of whether or not to purchase such Innerlight products, and should not look to Dr. Young for any assurances or warranties of any kind or nature, which Dr. Young specifically disclaims.

We wish Innerlight, and its distributors, every success with their future endeavors.
