Dr. Robert O. Young Demonstrates Young Yoga - Youngan Style!


At the age of 62, Dr. Robert O. Young shares his low impact Younga Yoga Fitness Trampoline exercises for the whole body. (No spring rebounders just bungey cord rebounders when doing these rebounding exercises)

Every morning at 8am Dr. Young conducts his 1 hour Younga Yoga exercise protocol for staying 'YOUNG!' with his client/patients at The pH Miracle Living Center at the Rancho del Sol in Valley Center, California.

Exercise should be fun and cause you to remove acids through all the pores of the skin. You have 3500 pores per square inch to remove metabolic and dietary acids from the connective and fatty tissues. You should sweat until you are wet if you are exercising properly.
