Two Laws of the Universe

There are two very important laws of the Universe.

The first law is the "Law of Duality." This law
establishes the need for opposition in "ALL"
things. It is through opposition in "ALL" things
that we learn, grow and develop. An example of
the "Law of Duality" would be the acid/alkaline
chemistry of the body. When we are acidic we feel
sick and tired and when we are alkaline we feel
healthy and energetic. It is through our life choices
that we experience the "Duality of Life." Such as
choosing health, energy and vitality with an alkaline
lifestyle and diet.

The second law of the Universe is the "Law of Change."
This law establishes the fact that the only thing
in life that is constant is change. Change is always
before us, such as in the aging process or the change of
matter from one form to another. I have seen this
change under the microscope take place with red blood
cells transforming into bacteria, then yeast and
finally mold, in a compromised acidic environment.
This is the same change that takes place with the aging
or fermenting of a banana going from green to yellow and
then to black - mold. Or the change that takes place with
water, when it is placed into a different environment
going from a liquid to a solid (ice) or a liquid to a
vapor when boiled.

Both laws can be challenging if not understood and
embraced. Both laws will educate and will bring forth
changes in our physicality, our emotions, our mind
and our spiritually. Duality and change are inevitable.
Expect it and look forward to it with anticipation and joy.

We have seen both of these laws expressed with the
current election of a new President. The most prominent
word we heard during this election, from both candidates,
was the word "change." During this election the duality
of life was present, choices were made and change
is now inevitable.

As we understand and live within the "Law of Duality"
and embrace the "Law of Change" may it bring into our
lives greater joy, peace, wisdom, love and charity, not
only for ourselves but for all that is living.

In love, light and peace,

Dr. Robert O. Young
